PRICING
I offer a small number of carefully considered photography packages designed to capture your project in a refined and editorial way. These packages allow enough time to thoughtfully photograph the spaces, details, and atmosphere of your project.
All images include a standard non-exclusive licence for one business, allowing use across your website, social media, marketing, and PR. Additional business cost-share licences can be added if required.
Photography Commercial Hourly Rates
Starting at: $390 ph + GST
Travel (outside ACT/Queanbeyan/ Malua Bay Regions): $80 per hour
Note: Final rates subject to project scope and licensing.

Ideal for smaller projects, renovations, or capturing a select number of key spaces.
- Up to 40 images - professionally photographed and edited
- 1-3 hours of photography on location
- High-resolution & low resolution files supplied via online download
- Landscape / portrait format & detail shots will be captured based on your brief
- Image usage: Includes a standard, non-exclusive licence for one business, allowing use across your own marketing, PR, website, and social media channels. Images are not to be shared or distributed to other businesses. Additional licences can be purchased as an add-on.
ADD ON:
Cost Share Image Licence.
A cost-share image licence can be added for $360 per business. This allows the total package fee to be shared between licensed parties, offering excellent value and increased exposure.
Additional image selection.
Additional images may be added to your package at $30 per image.

Hourly Photography
For smaller projects or quick updates, photography can also be booked at an hourly rate.
This option allows me to capture your project efficiently, with the number of final images reflecting what can naturally be created during the time on site. Image quantities will vary depending on the size of the project, styling, and available light.
Hourly rate: $390 per hour + GST
Final edited images are supplied from the shoot, with a standard non-exclusive licence included for one business.

The process
1.ENQuiry + Brief
We’ll start by chatting through your vision, scope, and goals for the shoot. Put together a Shot List and also a Pinterest board or mood board so I can really get the feel of your shoot goals and if I’m the right fit.
2.QUOTE + Booking
You'll receive a quote and book in your session time. Sessions do book out often months in advance so make sure to give the studio as much notice as possible.
3.shoot day
Whether in-studio or on location, I’ll bring all the gear including lighting if needed and ipad for viewing your images as we shoot them.
4.Editing + Delivery
Once you've made your image selections, your final edited images are delivered via online gallery for you to download, professionally edited and ready to use, often within a week or so. You’ll receive an invoice payable for the final amount.

Tess Argirellis
Hi, I’m Tess, a Canberra based photographer with a Bachelor Degree in both Architecture and Photography and I have a love for beautifully designed spaces and products. I’ve been working as a full time photographer now for 15+ years and love the play on light and composition to create a mood.
I work with architects, interior designers, makers, and brands to create images that feel refined, and intentional with a strong editorial sensibility. Whether I’m photographing a newly completed garden, a thoughtfully styled product, or a creative space, my goal is always the same: to capture the essence of good design.
Kin Studio also offers a home and garden location for hire in Greenleigh, NSW — a light-filled, neutral setting ideal for smaller-scale shoots.
